Governance Our Centre is currently governed by two Co-Directors and a Council of members, representing Finance, the Dorje Kasung, Community Health & Wellbeing, School of Buddhist Studies, Shambhala Training and Shambhala Arts. Council works together to set priorities and direction, and ensures the continued operation of a physical space in which to study the dharma and the Shambhala teachings. Council also participates within the larger mandala of Shambhala International, linking with other Directors and leaders to act on matters of governance which affect everyone in the international mahasangha (larger community) of Shambhala. Council meets at 7:00 pm on the last Monday of every month. Any member is welcome to attend. |
