  1. Hi there, not sure how to join this as iam very new to this idea of meditation. I would very much love to have the inner peace that I do so desire . Iam lost of what to do…
    do I just show up?
    do I need to bring anything?

  2. Hi Brad, yes you are most welcome to just drop by. The best time is Open House, which is on Wednesdays from 6:45 – 9:00
