Midsummers Day is our annual community gathering and celebration of the longest days of the year.  Our busy program calendar necessitated celebrating a month later than usual this year, nevertheless we can be sure of unconditionally good weather for the event.

The Midsummers Day picnic/celebraton will be held at the home of Layth and Trudy Matthews, 2301 Lansdowne Road in Victoria from 3-6pm on Saturday, July 20th.

There will be a brief schedule of events beginning at 4pm including a traditional Lhasang Purification ceremony organized by the Practice and Education department and a colour guard marching demonstration by the Dorje Kasung, Badminton, trampoline and possibly even a mini-parade are open to all.
