    Lojong Study Group

The Lojong Study Group is working with the Seven Points of Training the Mind.

Atisha (980-1052 CE) was an Indian adept who brought to Tibet a systematized approach to bodhicitta (the desire to awaken for the sake of all sentient beings) and loving-kindness, through working with these slogans.

The lojong teachings are organized around seven points that contain fifty-nine slogans that remind us how to awaken our hearts and purify our motivations and attitudes.

Commentaries on the Lojong slogans have been published by:

    Pema Chodron

    Chogyam Trungpa
