    Join us for this gentle introduction to the practice of Mindfulness Meditation.

    In this two and a half hour course, participants will be provided with introductory tools and teachings for practicing meditation. With simple instructions and support, mindfulness meditation practice can become part of our lives, bringing greater stability, strength, and clarity.

    The program will include guided meditation instruction, discussion and a short break.
