    Join our free monthly (In Person drop in) Westshore Meditation Group (in the Greater Victoria Langford/Colwood/Metchosin area) for contemplative practice and Dharma discussion led by meditation instructor Joel Kroeker and Lycia Rodrigues. No previous practice experience necessary. Meditators outside of the Westshore area are also welcome to join.
