    Room: 1st Floor Meditation Hall

Authentic movement is an expressive movement practice focused on connecting with one's deeper self, and moving freely and spontaneously from that place. The practice has been described as a kind of "free association of the body", "active imagination in movement" and "moving meditation". It has its roots in dance therapy and Jungian psychology and its goal  is to bridge the body and the psyche through natural movement.

There are movers and witnesses who participate in the practice.
