    Both Hatha yoga classes strengthen, stretch, tone and relax the entire body. Whether you are trying to get in shape, cope with tension from the office or relieve the tightness in the body from sports, Tracy’s Hatha yoga class can benefit you. Hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing that revitalizes the body physically and mentally.  These class will be an uplifting practice that will focus on integrating the movement of the body with the breath.  They increase muscle tone, improve flexibility and concentration, detoxify the vital organs and allow you to relax deeply.

    Monday - Continuing Beginner:

    If you are new to Hatha Yoga or would like to build on previous experience, this is the class for you.  Each class is designed to create body memory while focusing on postural alignment, synchronizing breath and building the foundation for a safe and supportive entry into the world of yoga.
