This is the fifth weekend retreat of the Way of Shambhala path of training.

Layth Matthews has been practicing and studying in the Shambhala tradition since 1980. He is a former Director of the Victoria Shambhala Centre and has led many Shambhala Training levels, classes, and retreats. Layth is an Instructor at the College of New Caledonia in Prince George, BC, Canada, President of Rigden Financial Inc., and author of "The Four Noble Truths of Wealth: a Buddhist View of Economic Life." He is married with three adult children.
Heart of Warriorship
Through the practice of meditation, we glimpse unconditional goodness as the ground of our existence. Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings.
