"A good Co-ordinator has the ability to dance between different demands with the light-handed ability of effortless action."

Have you completed Level III and already have experience in a staffing role at regular practice sittings, Shambhala Training Level weekends, or other programs at the Centre? Would you like to expand your skills from a staff member to a Co-ordinator role?
A Co-ordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining the container in which the Shambhala teachings or practice occur. This includes planning, organizing and delegating tasks with staff, and collaboration with the teacher regarding the schedule.
Our Centre has developed a reference manual to guide Co-ordinators in these tasks. It includes checklists for each type of event, as well as an overview of the role and responsibilities of the Co-ordinator. Interested practitioners are invited to join Linda Gould for a session to review this material and learn more about how you can develop your own dignity and confidence into the important practice of co-ordinating. Sunday April 28th, 1-3 pm, Main Shrine Room

To register, email Linda at victoria.shambhala @gmail.com with a brief summary of your staffing experience.
